Kaeng Krachan Elephant Park
The Kaeng Krachan Elephant Park is one of the main habitats at Zoo Zurich. It is closely linked to the Kaeng Krachan conservation project.
The Kaeng Krachan Elephant Park is our habitat for Asian elephants. Just as they do in the wild, the animals live together in family groups. More than forty feeding stations ensure that they get plenty of exercise and are constantly busy foraging for food. Water basins and mud pits invite them to bathe and wallow.
