Giraffe feeding

Meet giraffes at eye level: You have this opportunity at the giraffe feeding in the Lewa Savanna. The feeding takes place under professional supervision and with the help of the volunteer team of Zoo Zurich (FTZ) at the time indicated on the ticket. In addition, we answer questions about the giraffes and other animals of the Lewa Savanna.

All proceeds from the giraffe feeding will be donated in full to our Lewa conservation project in Kenya.

Costs: CHF 2.–  per person, donation Lewa conservation project.

Tickets: Available on the day of the event at the main entrance. Reservations are not possible.

Place: Depending on the weather either on the feeding platform near Ubele Pavilion or in front of Kifaru Lounge in the Giraffe House.

Capacity: Limited number of tickets per day. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.
