People with disabilities
Designated parking spaces for people with disabilities are available in front of the main entrance and the Masoala entrance. Most paths at Zoo Zurich are suitable for wheelchairs. They are marked on the zoo map.
The admission fee for people with disabilities who have a valid DI-card is CHF 16.– (volontary nature conservation franc included); a carer or assistant is entitled to the same price.
We have five wheelchairs available for use (CHF 20 deposit). We recommend reservation by telephone: 044 254 25 43.
Guided tours for people with disabilities
From Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings, Zoo Zurich's volunteer team offers special guided tours for people with disabilities. Groups must have a mininum of 10 participants and not more than 25 participants.
