Porcupine feeding

The porcupines are the secret stars of the Kopje Rocks – and you can feed them at certain times. You can buy your ticket for this on the day of each feeding at the ticket offices near the main entrance and at the Ubele Kiosk.

The feeding takes place under professional supervision and with the help of the volunteer team of Zoo Zurich (FTZ) at the time indicated on the ticket. In addition, we will answer questions about the porcupines and other animals of the Lewa Savanna.

All proceeds from the porcupine feeding will go to our Lewa conservation project in Kenya.

Costs: CHF 2.–  per person, donation Lewa conservation project.

Tickets: Available on the day of feeding at the main entrance and at the Ubele Kiosk. Reservations are not possible.

Capacity: Limited number of tickets per day. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.
