Lost and found

Our lost and found office is located in the visitor centre. If you are outside the Zoo, please report to the cash desk at the main entrance. A return fee of CHF 5.– will be charged for items found.

Lost items can be reported here using the form (german only, we apologise) below. Please describe the item you are looking for as precisely as possible.
