Winter feeding of the bats

The bats in the bat emergency care station hibernate over the winter. However, the zookeepers wake them up at regular intervals to check their health and feed them. The Zoo visitors can attend these feedings and learn more about these fascinating animals.

Please note that visitors are required to wear masks when attending the feeding to protect the bats. Hygiene masks will be provided if required.
